With a background in international law and business, I bring over two decades of global experience to management consulting, focusing on organizational growth, turnaround management, and people development.
I hold degrees in European and International Law from Tilburg University, the Netherlands and Université de Montpellier, France, blending legal insights with strategic business acumen. Over the years, I have successfully guided Biotech and Pharma companies through various phases, including build-up, scale-up, post-acquisition integration, and restructuring.
